Wednesday at work I noticed something on the (LCD) monitor on my (Windows) PC.

Do you see it?
There’s burn-in on that sucker. All these years—well over a decade—of using screensavers, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen it. Nothing I tried on this monitor will get rid of it. It’s the curved edges of the XP login window, and it’s there forever.

Also, I took this gem Friday night. Stephen Kellogg.

Also also, you know what my cholesterol is? ONE FORTY-NINE. The lab results my doctor’s office mailed me actually say “Excellent” on them. I’m strangely proud.
